Fulbright scholar Dr. David Deese teaching at Tallinn University this Spring
Boston College professor David Deese will be a visiting Fulbright scholarat Tallinn University School of Governance, Law and Society this Spring semester from April 23rd until May15th.
Professor Deese researches the international and comparative politics of energy and climate policies worldwide; the role of reputation and political leadership in international politics; the political economy of international trade; and the interaction of economics and security in US foreign policy.
During Dr. Deese’s stay he will be teaching a course on Global climate governance in the International Relations master’s program.
In addition Dr. Deese will be the keynote speaker of the 4th International Relations Symposium and will give a lecture at the Estonian School of Public Diplomacy.
Dr. Deese has been a visiting professor at Yale University and is the author of „The International Political Economy of Trade; Globalization: Causes and Effects; and World Trade Politics: Power, Principles, and Leadership.“
