Tailor-made trainings

The aim of tailor-made trainings is to offer a training solution to the client that exactly suits their needs. In order to guarantee the purposefulness and quality of the training, we will clarify your development need, find suitable development partners and develop an offer that matches the needs and agreements.

Society and Open Governance

The focus field of society and open governance in Tallinn University is coordinated by the School of Governance, Law and Society. The School offers practical public trainings, lectures and consultations in the fields of public management, international relations and future studies, politics and government, social protection, sociology and law, which meet the specific training needs of each person or organisation.

Educational innovation

The School of Educational Sciences that is responsible for the field of educational innovation in Tallinn University highlights non-formal and informal studies besides the formal education, and support services in education, because formal education which is becoming more and more distant from an individual and directed at everyone, must become more personalised and supportive of differences.
The fields in the study area of non-formal education in the School of Educational Sciences are andragogy, adult education, adult learning, adult training, supporting adult learning and education consultation, as well as youth work and youth work management. This is a novel and developing study area of the School of Educational Sciences.
