E4F 2015 in a nutshell

The program includes study visits to Amsterdam, and is throughout supported via web-based platform (portfolio, blog).

E4F core agenda:

Activity of participants in all 10 months of the program; Focus on leadership and teaching practice; Design and Implementation of School Development Projects; Observations and Shadowing in Estonian and international educational settings (school leaders’ work, teachers’ work on-spot at schools)


Topics:

School Leadership (mind-set, leadership styles, strategic partnerships), School Culture (mission and vision, teachers’ and students’ well-being, communication with parents), Digitalization of Leaning Process (purposeful purchase plan, digital tools and teaching methods)

E4F joins the international training competence team, as follows:
