29.08.1964 I was born in Tallinn.
1971-1982 I studied in Tallinn High School No 20 and finished it cum laude.
1982-1986 I studied the Culture and Popular Education at Tallinn University of Educational Science.
1991-1993 I studied on post-graduate level (History of Culture) at Tallinn University of Educational Science.
1986-1989 I worked as assistant researcher at the Department of Research at Estonian National Culture Centre.
1989 I am working as Distance Education (DE) Manager at the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Tallinn University of Educational Science.
1994 Participating in Estonian-Swedish Folk High School Project; I was the manager of one course " Group dynamic method. Study circles" held in "Tuuru".
I finished Swedish course "Methods of DE with applications (leader was Janerik Lindquist from Linnköping University).
I started co-operation with FEUCODE project (Finnish-Estonian University Co-operation on Distance Education).
1995 Participating in distance education courses "Teleconferencing in DE.Course Design and Development in DE" (leader Prof. Michael G. Moore from Penn State University).
I had a report "Distance Education as Method of Education in Popular Education" at the conference at Faculty of Culture of Tallinn University of Educational Science.
I completed DE Training Programme (FEUCODE) which consisted
The Change Concept of Learning in DE; Planning in DE: Course Design;
Technology in DE; DE as a Strategy.
1996 I completed Phare/EADTU course Train the Trainer in DE and the course of Tutors leaded by University of Jyväskylä, Finland.
I participated as a tutor in FEUCODE: FEUTUTOR course for university lectors about DE.
I participated in Phare-EADTU Technical Assistance Programme seminars
in Bratislava "Joint Course Development" and in Budapest "Rules and Flexibility".
Participating in the DECDEE project as the expert about distance education
1997 started as Program Leader of the Open University in the Tallinn University of Educational Science.
