APPLIcATION PROcEdURE
Apply online: estonia.dreamapply.com
Upload all required documents to the online application system and pay the application fee (80 EUR):
– Copy of the identi cation page of passport.
– Copy of a secondary education certi cate / Bachelor’s degree certi cate or the equivalent / Master’s degree certi cate or the equivalent.
– Transcript(s) of Records.
– Proof of English pro ciency.
– Receipt of payment of the application fee.
– Doctoral level applicants are also required to submit their plan for the doctoral thesis signed by the prospective supervisor.
Submit the written part of the admission exam and wait for an initial feedback to your application from the admission specialist. e written part can be a written assignment
such as a motivation letter, digital portfolio, statement of research, writing sample etc. so please check the programme speci c requirements.
Admission interview. If the documents uploaded to the online application system are su cient you will be contacted by the study councellor of the respective unit for arranging the date and time for the admission interview.
If you receive a positive score on your admission interview you will be asked to send following documents to the university:
– Application cover printed and signed from the online application system. – Copy of the identi cation page of passport.
– Copy of a secondary education certi cate for Bachelor level.
– Copy of Bachelor´s degree certi cate or the equivalent for Master level.
– Copy of Bachelor´s degree certi cate or the equivalent and Master’s degree certi cate or the equivalent for PhD level.
– Transcript(s) of Records. Translations are requested if the educational documents are not in English; both copies and translations must be attested by a notary.
– Proof of English pro ciency.

Evaluation. A er the documents have arrived by post, they will be forwarded to the Academic Recognition Information Centre (ENIC/NARIC) for evaluation. e evaluation results will be published in one month. You will be noti ed of the result via the application system.
Acceptance. A successful candidate will be informed of the decision of the Admission Council via online application system.
