What is EDUSPACE?
EDUSPACE is a technology-supported laboratory for learning, teaching and research, established in cooperation with the School of Educational Sciences and the School of Digital Technologies of Tallinn University. The keywords of EDUSPACE are educational innovation, and collaboration between Tallinn University, various educational institutions and companies. The laboratory is equipped with modern research and educational technology as well as a virtual lab supporting research.
EDUSPACE research laboratory equipment
The research laboratory has a collection of more than 100 different devices for learning and teaching, including robots for different school levels, virtual reality devices, measurement sensors, tablets and laptops, audio devices, cameras and lights. For conducting research, the EDUSPACE virtual research lab provides research topics, research tools, theoretical frameworks and learning analytics solutions, as well as the opportunity to seek advice and support. You are welcome to rent our research laboratory and equipment, and we also pro- vide technical assistance, moderation and previous consultation, where necessary. For larger groups, it is also possible to use the rooms next to the research laboratory by connecting them via a virtual bridge.
Eduspace and its virtual research lab have been partially developed within the context of the SEIS project - Scaling up educational innovations in schools. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the grant agreement No 856954.
