The aims of the project are:

  • 150 teachers and school leaders (three runs of the programme) with increased leadership and agency, critical thinking competences and skills in school innovation and development;
  • engagement of colleagues in dialogues on school innovation through programme assignments for the participants within their own school;
  • school portraits/vignettes on school cultures and structures that stimulate or hinder adaptivity and responsiveness of schools;
  • strong international network of educational professionals with high innovative potential.
