Tallinn University has received funding from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to offer scholarships for applicants applying for the following English-based Master’s programmes.

Educational Innovation and Leadership MA programme

5 full scholarships to students from the following countries:

  • Georgia  
  • Ukraine   
  • Moldova   
  • Belarus   
  • Afghanistan

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years in worth 9000€ and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia in worth 5400€.

The scholarships are for studying at Tallinn University School of Educational Sciences at the above mentioned programme from 2018 until 2020, for 2 academic years.

Communication Management MA programme

2 full scholarships to students from the following countries:

  • Georgia
  • Ukraine
  • Moldova

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years in worth 7200€ and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia in worth 5400€.

The scholarships are for studying at Tallinn University Baltic Film, Media, Arts and Communication School at the above mentioned programme from 2018 until 2020, for 2 academic years.

Human-Computer Interaction MA programme

2 full scholarships to students from the following countries:

  • Georgia
  • Ukraine
  • Belarus
  • Afghanistan

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years in worth 5000€ and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia in worth 5400€.

The scholarships are for studying at Tallinn University School of Digital Technologies at the above mentioned programme from 2018 until 2020, for 2 academic years.

Digital Learning Games MA programme

2 full scholarships to students from the following countries:

  • Georgia
  • Ukraine
  • Belarus
  • Afghanistan

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years in worth 5000€ and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia in worth 5400€.

The scholarships are for studying at Tallinn University School of Digital Technologies at the above mentioned programme from 2018 until 2020, for 2 academic years.

How to apply?

All applicants from target countries applying for the programmes with the scholarship are automatically considered for the scholarship. Thus, there is no separate application process and deadline for the scholarship and in order to be considered for the stipend you should follow the regular application process for the degree studies at Tallinn University. Scholarships are allocated to the best applicants based on the admissions ranking lists.
