Currently, it is not sure if Tallinn University will receive funding from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to offer scholarships for applicants applying for 2023 admission. 

How to apply?

All applicants from target countries applying for the programmes with the scholarship are automatically considered for the scholarship. Thus, there is no separate application process and deadline for the scholarship and in order to be considered for the stipend, you should follow the regular application process for the degree studies at Tallinn University. Scholarships are allocated to the best applicants based on the admissions ranking lists.
