Tallinn University has received funding from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to offer scholarships for applicants applying for the following Master's programmes in 2021 admission.

Two full scholarships to applicants from the following countries:

  • Georgia  
  • Ukraine   
  • Moldova   
  • Belarus   

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years worth 8000 € and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia 300 € per month.

The scholarship is for studying at Tallinn University Baltic Film, Media and Arts School at the above mentioned programme from 2021 until 2023, for 2 academic years.

Three full scholarships to applicants who are citizens of the following countries:

  • Georgia

Students will be granted a full scholarship to cover their tuition fee for two years worth 8120 € and a contribution to cover their living costs in Estonia 400 € per month (the total of 10 months for each academic year).

All applicants from target countries applying for the programmes with the scholarship are automatically considered for the scholarship. Thus, there is no separate application process and deadline for the scholarship and in order to be considered for the stipend, you should follow the regular application process for the degree studies at Tallinn University. Scholarships are allocated to the best applicants based on the admissions ranking lists.
