Virtual Morning Coffee

Tallinn University's virtual morning coffee is a time in a day to listen to interesting people, sip a cup of coffee and discuss on issues that each of us may have.

The events take place virtually via Zoom and they have simultaneous translation into English!

How to reduce the gender pay gap at an organisational level?

At the next virtual morning coffee, researchers from SOGOLAS Triin Roosalu and Kadri Aavik together with Barbi Pilvre, will discuss on several topics. Firstly, they will present the recent TLU study “Reducing the Gender Wage Gap". In addition, researchers will share what can one organisation do to reduce the gender pay gap, and moving further, they will discuss what should be done to ensure that the average salary of a female academic is not lower than that of a man in the same position.

Everyone is welcome to listen, ask questions and join this Friday, 22 January from 9 am to 10 am!
