Dr. Anastassia Zabrodskaja is a Visiting Professor of Intercultural Communication at Tallinn University where she teaches intercultural communication. She works as a Senior Research Fellow in Sociolinguistics at the University of Tartu, in the project IUT20-3 "Sustainability of Estonian in the Era of Globalisation". During 2016-2017 Anastassia was a principal investigator of the ERA-NET Rus Plus project "Perception of Russia across Eurasia: Memory, Identity, Conflicts" and in 2013-2017 she represented in Estonia the COST IS1306 project "New Speakers in a Multilingual Europe: Opportunities and Challenges". Her publications deal with identity, language contacts, code-switching and linguistic landscape.
