To participate in the conference, all attendees must pay the appropriate registration fee. The registration fee includes access to conference days, coffee breaks and lunches during all conference days, open ceremony (21.08.2019, Seaplane Harbour) and closing ceremony (24.08.2019 Maarjamäe Palace). Conference excursions (25.08.2019) are separate costs and subject to registration - prices will be added soon.

Registration opens on this page on February 01, 2019 and closes on May 1, 2019 for speakers and June 31, 2019 for listeners and accompanying persons.

Payment is accepted with credit cards or via invoice.

A limited number of fellowships will be available for junior scholars and students in order to cover totally or partially the conference fee. Details on application procedures will be available when the funding call opens.

Cancellations until June 21, 2019 – fee is returned, except for the handling fee EUR 35

Cancellations until July 21, 2019 – refunded 40%

Cancellations after July 21, 2019 – no refunds.
