The owner of the payment center Tallinn University (hereinafter referred to as the payment center) is Tallinn University (74000122), located at Narva mnt 25, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia.
Tallinn University will only use the personal data provided by the Customer to fulfill the Customer's purchase order.
Tallinn University is the controller responsible of personal data entered in the payment form. Tallinn University does not disclose information obtained during purchases to third parties except Maksekeskus AS to the extent that is necessary for Maksekeskus AS to process the payment and in cases prescribed by law.

Name of the Payer
Account of the Payer
Contact e-mail address
Name on payment card
Payment card number
Expiration date of the payment card
Access to Your personal data is limited to key staff and protected via a secure log-in.
In relation to the processing of personal data, the applicant:
May withdraw at any time the consent given for the processing of personal data, by submitting a respective request to the e-mail address admissions@tlu.ee, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal;
May request rectification of his/her inaccurate personal data, to have incomplete personal data completed, and to restrict the processing of personal data according to legislation;
May request deletion of personal data concerning him/her, unless Tallinn University or a third party has legitimate grounds for the processing of such personal data;
May submit objections to the processing of personal data if it is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of Tallinn University or a third party. Unless it has been proven that the data is processed on compelling legitimate reasons which overweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or if data is processed with the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
May receive information regarding a breach related to his/her personal data, when such breach is likely to result in a high risk to his/her rights and freedoms. Tallinn University must explain in a respective notice in clear and plain language the nature of the breach and submit the name and contact details of the Data Protection Officer or other competent person or describe the potential consequences of the breach or indicate the measures taken/planned to mitigate the possible adverse effects.
In the event that the applicant finds that Tallinn University has violated his/her rights upon personal data processing, he/she has the right to refer at any time to the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court for the protection of his/her interests.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to admissions@tlu.ee or submitted by calling +372 640 9234.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser. A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
