The owner of the payment center Tallinn University (hereinafter referred to as the payment center) is Tallinn University (74000122), located at Narva mnt 25, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia.
Tallinn University is the controller responsible of personal data entered in the payment form. Tallinn University does not disclose information obtained during purchases to third parties except Maksekeskus AS to the extent that is necessary for Maksekeskus AS to process the payment and in cases prescribed by law.
The application fee is a standard charge that supports the administration of the application process. International Applicants to Tallinn University are required to pay an application fee of €100 per person.
It is the policy of the Tallinn University’s Admissions Office not to waive the application fee, unless:
the applicant’s previous education has been completed in the Republic of Estonia;
the applicant is a citizen of the Republic of Estonia
the applicant has a long-term residence permit in the Republic of Estonia.
Please note that there are no additional exemptions from the application fee.
Payment process
Fill in all of the required fields (your name and surname as it is written in your passport). Make sure you have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Choose the most suitable payment method. The application fee can be paid via an online bank transfer or using a Visa or MasterCard credit card. The payment should be made in euros.
Your application will not be processed until Tallinn University has received the application fee payment. Feedback to your application will be given within two weeks of Tallinn University receiving your application fee payment.
Requirements for payments
The application fee is 100 EUR per applicant, which enables to apply for 2 programmes in Tallinn University during one admission period.
An application will not be processed until the application fee of €100 has been received in full. It is the applicant’s responsibility to pay for any bank transaction fees that are charged in order to complete the transaction, both at the bank they select to use to transfer the funds, and at the receiving bank in Estonia.
The application fee must be paid by the application deadline, the very latest. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that Tallinn University has received the application fee payment by the payment deadline. International bank transfer can take up to 2 weeks to process. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you make the application fee payment at the earliest opportunity.
Any application fee payments made after the application fee deadline will result in the application being considered as late. Late applications will not be processed.
The confirmation of the application fee having been received will be provided via the online application system Dreamapply.
The application fee is non-refundable. Pursuant to Section 619 of the Law of Obligations Act, Tallinn University shall provide the applicant with the service of assessment of admission conditions, for which the application fee of international student candidates shall not be refunded to the applicant.
