Framework for Information Culture 2

Widen-Wulff (2000 as cited in Douglas, 2010) has proposed five stages in which to analyse and understand information culture:
  • The information environment;
  • Information as a resource;
  • Work processes;
  • Innovation; and
  • Business performance.
