Issues and challenges of integration of digital libraries and VLEs
The issues or challenges to be solved for achieving integration are referred and categorized differently in the literature reviewed. Virkus et al (2009) have analysed literature on this topic and given an extensive overview of the issues and challenges of ntegration of digital libraries and VLEs.
This paper divides the issues and challenges into the following categories:
- technical,
- human and organizational,
- learning and library resources, and
- teaching and learning.
