All submitters will be notified of the acceptance of their proposal by November 01, 2008. Registration fee and payment Registration fee includes: - Admission to all sessions (by name tag) - Welcome reception (23.04.2009) - Coffee and refreshments during the breaks - Conference proceedings CD-ROM - Special password for the conference online forum - Visiting general music classes in Tallinn comprehensive schools and music schools, one per person, pre-registration required (included in the registration fee) - Visiting additional school or kindergarten music class 10 EUR, one per person, pre-registration required (not included in the registration fee) - Multi cultural integrated workshop/concert by Norwegian-Estonian-Sikhi-Hindustan singers-dancers-violin players aged 4-14. The normal registration fee is EUR 150 Following discounts are available: - Early registration EUR 100 before November 15, 2008 - Student early registration EUR 50 before November 15, 2008 - Disabled (and their helpers) early registration EUR 50 before November 15, 2008 - Students/disabled (and their helpers) normal registration EUR 80 after November 15 - Residents of Eastern European countries EUR 100 The conference banquet will be held on Friday evening 24.04.2009 with traditional Estonian cuisine. The cost for the banquet is EUR50/person (not included in the registration fee). The program for concerts and excursion will be announced in February.
