The School of Humanities, Tallinn University is arranging Russian language intensive courses for international students. The School of Humanities is an academic unit at Tallinn University, which has the best expertise in teaching Russian language and culture. When studying in Tallinn, students have a lot of opportunities to practice the language not only in class but also in extracurricular activities and in everyday communication with local Russian speakers who make up almost half of the city's population. The courses prioritize conversational practice and experiencing Russian culture. Semester long courses can be combined with theoretical courses on Russian history, culture, literature, and linguistics, or on any other subject taught at the School of Humanities in English or in Russian.
