Open Learning
is a lifelong learning opportunity that aims to provide:
- professional up-grading;
- access to ECTS via degree courses;
- opportunities to obtain a minor;
- opportunities for self-development.
It is possible to study regular courses at Tallinn University without being an actual student. Studies take place with regular students on working days or as part of sessions arranged for distance students.

From this year Tallinn University offers the opportunity to study by the Social Enterpreneurship microdegree programme.
Also you can find courses in timetable. Please follow these courses which are meant for ERASMUS - these courses are taught in English. The timetable you can find here.
The registration for the spring semester 2024/25 takes place from 13 January to 3 February. Registration form is on the front page of Study-information System OIS-2 (left menu). There you can find also the price list (last line in the left menu).
Open learning is offered on the basis of a user-pay system. The invoice will be sent by e-mail.
