COVID-19 viiruse levik on suve jooksul vähenenud, kuid viirus ei ole kuhugi kadunud. Viiruse leviku ennetamiseks ja võimaliku nakatumise kiireks tuvastamiseks on Terviseameti soovitus registreerida isikud, kes viibivad pikema aja jooksul ühes ruumis, sh auditoorses õppetöös osalevad üliõpilased. Kohaloleku registreerimisega ei kontrollita õppetöös osalemist, vaid see on mõeldud viiruse leviku ennetamiseks, tõkestamiseks ja kiireks reageerimiseks, kui ülikoolis on tuvastatud haigestunud isik.
Selleks, et asi oleks teie jaoks lihtsam, on ruumi uksel kasutusel QR kood, mida skännides sisestatakse konkreetse ruumi number ja aeg automaatselt, sisestada tuleb vaid eesnimi ja perenimi.
Siin lehel olevat registreerimisvormi kasutades tuleb lisaks sisestada ka ruumi number ja kellaaeg. Lingi kaudu saate enda kohalolekut registreerida ka enne- ja pärast loengut.

Isikuandmeid töödeldakse vastavalt isikuandmete kaitse seadusele ning üksnes viiruse leviku tõkestamiseks ja isikute tervise kaitseks. Kogutud isikuandmed kustutatakse ühe kuu möödumisel andmete esitamisest.

Andmeid töötleb üksnes õppeosakonna töötaja ja andmete töötlemise eest vastutab õppeosakonna juhataja Helen Joost.

Even though we have noticed a decrease in the number of COVID-19 cases during summer, the virus is still around. In order to prevent the spread of virus and enable fast detection, The Estonian Health Board recommends registering all the people who have to stay for a longer period of time in one room, including students participating in contact studies. This is necessary so we can react fast in case of a detected infection, we do not check your participation in studies.

You can find a QR code by the classroom door. To make it easier for you, the room number and time will be registered automatically when you scan the QR code on the classroom door, you only need to enter your first and last name. If you use the registration form on this page, you still need to enter the room number and time of the lecture. However, by using the link, you can register your participation also before and after the lecture.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act and used only in order to prevent the spread of virus. After one month the data will be deleted.

Data is processed only by Head of the Academic Affairs Office, Helen Joost (helen.joost@tlu.ee) who is also responsible for the processing of data.
