Kersti Kriisk from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis

On November 6, 2020, at 12 o'clock Kersti Kriisk from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis "Intergovernmental Relations and Territorial Disparities in Access to Local Social Policy Measures: The Case of Estonia".

Public defence will take place in Tallinn University hall M648.

The defence can be followed and questions asked from the degree applicant also in Zoom.

Supervisors are Senior Research Fellow Lauri Leppik from Tallinn University and Associate Professor Renate Minas from Stockholm University.

Opponents are Professor Yuri Kazepov from the University of Vienna and Senior Researcher Jolanta Aidukaitė from Lithuanian Social Research Centre.
