Development program for attestation experts
A program for experienced school leaders.
The program is designed for school leaders with at least five years of experience who wish to deepen their understanding of educational institution leadership and develop skills in feedback, coaching and developmental partnership. Completion of the program provides the competence to participate in the certification process of school leaders as an expert and representative of the Estonian Association of School Leaders.
Purpose and focus
Through this program, participants will gain:

In-depth knowledge of the prerequisites for becoming and growing as a school leader, based on the school leader's competency model, distributed leadership practices that support learning and the general education quality framework (HAKA);

Skills to provide constructive and forward-looking feedback using this framework, taking into account current and future perspectives in educational leadership;

A deeper understanding of the certification system as a tool for ensuring the quality of educational leadership, along with the skills to carry out the certification process.
The program is supported by the European Union through the European Social Fund and the Estonian state. The activity is titled "Initial and Continuing Education and Development of Education and Youth Sector Professionals."
