TLU Centres of Excellence
Tallinn University's centres of excellence are research cooperation networks designed to develop specific focus areas. The research groups and academic staff integrated into TLU's centres of excellence form a cohesive whole with a shared interdisciplinary research goal, demonstrating clear potential for international-level research activities.
The university’s centres of excellence were established to support collaboration between research and creative groups, to achieve outstanding research and creative results, to enhance international cooperation, and to boost the university's competitiveness. The first TLU centres of excellence launched in 2015 across all focus areas. Currently, there are three actively operating centres of excellence at TLU.
