Nord are scholars on the international level and Tallinn University is
happy to welcome them in our academic family."Rein Müllerson, Rector of
University Nord: “Established nearly 20 years ago by professor Ene
Grauberg, University Nord has made a significant impact on the development
process of higher education in Estonia. However, in the current situation,
smaller universities will find it hard to survive on their own. Merging
with a public university will help us achieve a synergy that is desperately
needed in the field of higher education today. We are also paying
increasingly more attention to raising the international level of law
through joint programmes with foreign universities and interdisciplinary
research and instruction activities.”
