Application Fee
The application fee for applying to Tallinn University is 100 euros. You can apply for two programmes in Tallinn University while paying the application fee once.
The application fee is a standard charge that supports the administration of the application process. International Applicants to Tallinn University are required to pay an application fee of €100 per person*.
It is the policy of the Tallinn University’s Admissions Office not to waive the application fee, unless:

the applicant’s previous level of education has been completed in the Republic of Estonia;

the applicant is a citizen of the Republic of Estonia*
-
the applicant has a long-term residence permit in the Republic of Estonia.*
The application fee is waived for Ukrainian citizens applying for the 2024/25 intake.
Candidates applying to the MA Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Societies programme are also exempt from paying the application fee. In case of submitting an additional application to a second programme as well, the application fee has to be paid.
Please note that there are no additional exemptions from the application fee.
Please note your application will not be processed until Tallinn University has received the application fee payment. Feedback to your application will be given within two weeks of Tallinn University receiving your application fee payment.
