Important dates, registration & payment

All presenters, whose oral presentation or poster will be accepted to the conference, have to register by 1st of November 2021.

Registration fee 90 EUR (50 EUR for students including PhD students) 
 

Workshops are free for participants of the conference and there is a possibility to attend only the workhops for an extra will of 20EUR per workshop. 

All participants must pay the registration fee. If you submit the abstract, only author (or co-author) should register and pay registration fee to participate in the conference.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, deliver the e-mail to Conference Center (conference@tlu.ee) stating your intent to cancel your registration.
Refund after written cancellation is possible until the deadline:

• 80% refund deadline: 30 September 2021
• 50% refund deadline: 31 October 2021
• No refund after 1 November 2021
