2025 application deadlines for Bachelor's programmes are as follows:

March 15, 2025 at 12 pm (EET)*	Applicants from Non-EU/EEA (except applicants from Republic of Korea, Japan, USA, Ukraine)
April 15, 2025 at 12 pm (EEST)*	Applicants from Republic of Korea, Japan and USA
May 15, 2025 at 12 pm Estonian time (EEST)*	Applicants from EU/EEA and Ukraine
30 June at 12pm (EEST)*	International applicants who: are non-EU/EEA citizens residing in Estonia, have a valid Estonian TRP and whose previous level of studies was completed in Estonia; are EU/EEA citizens residing in Estonia, have a valid Estonian ID-card and whose previous level of studies was completed in Estonia.
*August 4, 2025 at 12 pm (EEST).**	Finnish, Latvian and Lithuanian citizens who have obtained general secondary education in Finland, Latvia or Lithuania for Bachelor level programmes (Please note that this deadline does not apply for Liberal Arts in Humanities.)

*Eastern European Time (EET) (UTC+02:00) during winter, and Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) (UTC+03:00) during summer.

2025 application deadlines for Masters's programmes are as follows:

February 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm (EET)*	Applicants for MA Artificial Intelligence for Sustainable Societies
March 15, 2025 at 12 pm (EET)*	Applicants from Non-EU/EEA (except applicants from Republic of Korea, Japan, USA, Ukraine)

May 15, 2025 at 12 pm Estonian time (EEST)*	Applicants from EU/EEA and Ukraine

The application deadlines for other study programmes will be published in December.

2025 application deadlines for PhD programmes are as follows:

Summer intake for the PhD programmes starts on 19 May, 2025.

Deadline for submitting your application: 30 June, 2025 12 pm (EEST)*.

2026 application deadlines for PhD programmes are as follows:

Autumn intake for the PhD programmes starts on October 6, 2025.

Deadline for submitting your application: 19 October 2025.

Please note that not all PhD study programmes have an admission intake in October. The list of available study programmes will be published on the website in September 2025.
