ADAPTER is a business cooperation platform between Estonian research and development establishments, aimed at providing enterprises a fast and simple opportunity for cooperation with all Estonian universities, higher education establishments and other R&D establishments.

• find the needed measurement, analysis or another service from amongst the possibilities offered by all the participating establishments;
• learn about the innovation and development support measures aimed at enterprises.
ADAPTER concentrates the services offered by higher education establishments, R&D cooperation, and product development and continuing education possibilities. It is a contact point that brings the needs of entrepreneurs together with the competences and technological possibilities of R&D establishments.
