The New TU Ursa Building Will Be Named "The NOVA Building"
Students and lecturers have been offering suggestions during the month-long
competition to name the new building now under construction that will house
the Baltic Film and Media School.After considering more than 90
submissions, a jury consisting of current students, staff and notable
alumni chose Nova, the name suggested by Mariann Volkonski, Andri Peetso,
Kadri Suislep and Taavi Immato, all of whom are now honourable Godparents
of BFM’s new home."Nova not only stands for something new, but also
represents innovation and development," said Katrin Saks, Director of BFM,
