The third volume of an international peer-reviewed scientific journal "The
Changing Face of Music and Art Education" (CFMAE) has been issued. CFMAE is
a peer-reviewed journal with an international editorial board. The journal
is hosted by Tallinn University Institute of Fine Arts Department of
Music.CFMAE is based on the idea that music and art education is constantly
in a flow; its changing face can be traced back in history, it can
influence the developments today and it will affect the future. Its aim is
to issue research in the field of music and art education and related
interdisciplinary fields.The articles issued in the CFMAE Journal are
chosen under a peer-review process with international referees. Volumes
with specific themes are issued with invited and open contributions. The
