The seminar will introduce resources that have been developed to help youth workers and youth work educators to analyse and evaluate their work. Using materials developed by the PD4D (“Professional Development of Youth Workers: Learning, Research, and the Transmission of Values and Theories Influencing Practice with Different Groups”) research project, we will look at the values underpinning youth workers’ practice, as well as how they can use case studies and participatory research to help evaluate and communicate what they do. Participants will also have the opportunity to further develop resources by providing feedback about what would be helpful to them in their contexts.
11:00 – 12:00 CET (Central European Time)
Registration until 6.11.2026.
