Tallinn University’s English-taught Educational Innovation and Leadership (EduInno) MA programme is welcoming a new cohort – applications for the 2027/2028 academic year open from 1 November 2026.
EduInno is an international master’s programme for those who want to initiate and lead meaningful change in education. The programme develops leadership, research and innovation skills while providing knowledge of educational policies, effective learning environments, psychology and educational technology. A strong emphasis is placed on practical learning and applying new knowledge and skills to your own educational projects and challenges.
Students become part of an international learning community while gaining first-hand experience of Estonia’s education system and educational practices.
