Bachelor’s degree programmes

The access requirement to Bachelor's study is secondary education or a corresponding foreign qualification.

The following education documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate issued by Examination Board or a corresponding 10+2 certificate awarded upon completion of higher or intermediate secondary education

  • Marks Statement

Please note: At least 60% of the possible maximum results at the previous level or stage of an applicant’s education is expected in order to qualify for studies in Tallinn University.

Please do not send your documents by post until you have personally been asked to do so. Once you have been asked to send your documents by post, please make sure that the copies of education documents have been officially certified.

Master’s degree programmes

Persons having a Bachelor’s degree, a diploma of professional higher education or a corresponding qualification may apply to Master’s degree programmes in Tallinn University.

The following education documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate or Provisional Certificate

The Bachelor’s degree certificate or Provisional Certificate must be awarded by the University and not the College.

  • Transcript of records

The Transcript of Records may be awarded by the College

Please note: Tallinn University accepts students from First Division/Class with Distinction and First Division/Class only(total score at least 60%).

Please do not send your documents by post until you have personally been asked to do so. Once you have been asked to send your documents by post, please make sure that the copies of education documents have been officially certified. The Transcript of Records must be sent to Tallinn University’s postal address upon request of the applicant by the institution that awarded the degree. 

Language requirements

All applicants are required to provide a proof of their English proficiency. Acceptable English language tests and exempt categories can be seen here.
