Tallinn University Researcher Wins International First Prize in Japan

This prestigious international conference brings together leading researchers in the field of hydrocolloids and biopolymers. Sanjida’s award-winning work highlights innovative research on algal polysaccharides and their potential applications in gut health and functional food development.
