New tools at Interaction Design Laboratory for UX evaluation

Interaction Design Laboratory has received new tools for conducting user experience evaluation studies and design sessions.

Tallinn University Interaction Design Laboratory (ID Lab) has acquired several new hardware and software resources, as part of the Interaction Design Laboratory's inventory update project, supported by the Tiger University Program of the Information Technology Foundation for Education.

The acquired tools provide bachelor, master and doctoral students as well as researchers with the means to:

  • further explore quantitative ways of user experience evaluation;
  • carry out creative and technology assisted interaction-design sessions; and
  • create solutions based on radio-frequency beacons for conducting research related to ubiquitous and pervasive computing.
