Tallinn University starts the academic year with a virtual opening ceremony
The virtual opening ceremony of Tallinn University starts on 1 September at 12. During the ceremony, Rector Tõnu Viik and the Head of the Student Union Kristen Aigro will greet the university family.
In addition to the welcome speeches, the university will introduce nine new professors at the event.
Due to the virus crisis, the opening ceremony of the university is virtual this year. To make the event fun even on screen, the university has put together a team of the best professionals with audiovisual skills. The ceremony is full of fun and music, emotions and the academic atmosphere of the university.
