TU Employees Win Journalism Awards

The Estonian Newspaper Association announced the winners of the 2015 journalism awards. Tallinn University employees received two awards.

The lifetime achievement award, issued for the first time, went to Priit Hõbemägi, a guest lecturer at BFM.

Katre Pilvinski, the communication specialist at the School of Governance, Law and Society, won the award for the best article published in a county paper. Her winning story, about MP Priit Toobal’s reimbursement scandal, was published in Sakala on October 17, 2015.
