Ulrike Rohn elected as permanent Co-Editor of JOMBS
Ulrike Rohn, Visiting Professor of Media Economics and Management at Tallinn University, was elected last week to become a permanent editor of the Journal of Media Business Studies (JOMBS), published by Taylor & Francis and indexed by Scopus.
Ulrike Rohn, Visiting Professor of Media Economics and Management at Tallinn University, was elected last week to become a permanent editor of the Journal of Media Business Studies (JOMBS), published by Taylor & Francis and indexed by Scopus.
JOMBS is one of the leading international journals on media economics and management issues. It is the flagship journal of the European Media Management Association (emma). JOMBS publishes four issues a year and focuses on original scholarly work that applies business theories to the examination of media and its industries. Being indexed by Scopus makes it an 1.1 category publication in terms of Estonian Research Portal’s ranking for academic journals.
Ulrike Rohn is currently also Deputy President of emma and related to this position has been holding a temporary position as Associate Editor of JOMBS. With the upcoming end of her term of service she was now elected by the editorial board of JOMBS to become a permanent editor of the journal, a position independent of her membership on the executive board of emma.
The other editors of the Journal are Mart Ots from Jönköping International Business School in Sweden and Patrik Wikström from Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
