The conference was mainly aimed for the representatives from IT and health sphere, marketers and designers. A record amount og 437 attendees registered for the event.

World Usability Day is an annual conference, organised by Tallinn University Institute of Informatics, Trinidad Consulting and EstCHI. This year's event was sponsored by HITSA, Veebimajutus.ee, Tartu Science Park, Fenomen and Tallinn Enterprise Board.
