Bachelor’s degree programmes
The access requirement to Bachelor's studies is secondary education or a corresponding qualification.
The following documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE) or Senior School Certificate (SSCE)

an unused scratchcard or a NECO result token card for verifying the examination results
The document needs to show all examination results, the total score, date of the exam and the code or number of the examinee. The document has to be issued by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) or the National Examinations Council (NECO). Print-outs from the online verification system are not accepted.
Please note: A minimum result of C4 is required in English, Maths, and at least three other subjects in order to qualify for studies at Tallinn University.
Any discrepancies between the full name and/or birth date on the applicant's documents must be supported by official documentation of the change of details or a sworn affidavit.
Master’s degree programmes
The access requirement to Master’s studies is a Bachelor’s degree, a diploma of professional higher education or a corresponding qualification*.
The following documents must be uploaded to the online application system:

Bachelor's degree diploma

Bachelor's degree transcript of records**
* A Higher National Diploma (HND) does not grant an access to Master level studies.
** If your studies include transferred credits from other institutions, transcripts from these must also be uploaded.
Please note: At least second class upper division honours are required in order to qualify for studies at Tallinn University.
After receiving conditional acceptance, the applicant’s official academic transcript must be sent to Tallinn University’s postal address by the institution that awarded the degree upon the request of the applicant. Academic transcripts sent by the applicant will not be accepted.
