Introduction
My main research interests and topics are related to work and education (incl. educational and labor market inequality, transition from school to work, labour market transitions, leaving labor market), work-life balance and its impact, and time use both within and outside the household. In my research, I mainly use quantitative, but also mixed methods, and I am interested in longitudinal and international comparative studies and data. I have participated in the work of several local and international research projects and have been the PI for Estonian research group in several of these. I mainly teach courses related to quantitative data analysis methods, social stratification and inequality, and the sociology of work and family.
