My responsibilities include leading the strategy office and ensuring the completion of all tasks assigned to it. Additionally, as a member of the rectorate, I am responsible for overseeing the work of the Administrative Office, the Information Technology Office, the Confucius Institute, and the Tallinn University Sports Club. Currently, I consider my most important tasks to be leading the development and implementation of tools necessary for evidence-based decision-making, addressing the university's management information needs, monitoring changes in the external environment, particularly in the field of higher education, and contributing to the formulation of TLU's positions.
