Introduction
Manisha Khulbe's work investigates how educators employ data to inform their teaching. Her research focuses on integrating teacher professional development programmes with the design of Learning Analytics tools to support teachers' data use. Her current research in the EffecTive project explores how the design of teacher professional development programmes influences participants' pedagogical digital competence and student outcomes.
