Pirgit Sillaots

I am a Junior Research Fellow at the Centre for Educational Technology at Tallinn University. My research focuses on co-creation, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and communities of practice in the context of educational innovation. I explore how collaboration, networks, and support mechanisms among different stakeholders contribute to the development, implementation, and scaling of educational innovation. I am also the Head of the Master’s Programme in Educational Technology, where I teach and supervise master’s theses.
