Jaanika Hirv-Biene

Jaanika Hirv-Biene is a Junior Research Fellow at the Center of Educational Technology at TLU. She investigates how to support professional learners in transfer of learning form education and training to workplace via mindful technology-enhanced learning designs. In relation to this, her areas of research include also self-directed and workplace learning. Jaanika has participated both in Estonian as well as international research and development projects (Samsung Digi Pass, Learning Layers), and is also involved in teaching and supervising master's students.
