Introduction
My professional passion lies in addressing complex research management and administrative (RMA) challenges through innovative and sustainable solutions. I am driven by a "learning by doing" approach, emphasizing person-centered and team-based methodologies in my daily practice. With a strong interest in understanding the substantive aspects of R&D, my research focuses on interprofessional collaboration in teams supporting at-risk children and families. This interest stems from my practical experience in developing and implementing interprofessional rehabilitation services for juvenile offenders, where specialists from diverse disciplines collaborate closely in assessment, planning, and intervention.
