Lecturer of International Relations
School of Governance, Law and Society
Introduction
I am an early-career scholar with a track-record of high quality research in critical and relational theories of IR. I focus on critical relational thought in IR, algorithmic governance and recursivity, de-colonial and cosmological research. However, I do not limit myself to just those areas and am also exploring political ecology, post-humanist and anthropological theory, and the Anthropocene.
Currently, I am writing a paper on Hannah Arendt and her concept of tradition. The paper will examine her conceptualization of Western political philosophy and how it is reflected today in the workings of Big Tech.
I spend my time playing Assassins Creed, Tomb Raider and the like. I enjoy sports, cooking and traveling. You are very likely to encounter me drinking a pint in a pub with a book in my hands.
My most pressing concern is maintaining my Vitamin D levels in Estonia.
