Introduction
Gumral Alirzayeva is a junior researcher at the Estonian Institute for Population Studies at Tallinn University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Management and a master’s degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing. Her PhD research focuses on demographic change and cultural value shifts in Estonia and across Europe. She is also interested in environmental issues, particularly how population attitudes and behaviors relate to broader processes of social change.
