Introduction
Dagmar Mäe is an entrepreneur and visiting lecturer in Creative Entrepreneurship at BFM.
An alumna of BFM’s Crossmedia Production program, she began her career as a producer, working in production companies in Tallinn and Madrid. Her passion for technology and entrepreneurship later led her to co-found Votemo—a startup that developed an app for film festivals, now used by film festivals globally. Having successfully grown Votemo from concept to international adoption, she is now channeling her experience into empowering the next generation of creative entrepreneurs at BFM.
She is also actively involved in international initiatives, including FilmEU+ and C-Accelerate+, fostering collaboration between European universities and the creative and media industries.
