Kaupo Paal

Kaupo Paal graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu, where he also obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. He worked at the Ministry of Justice, participating in the drafting of several private law bills. Kaupo Paal has served as a judge for more than 18 years across all court instances, and is currently a Justice of the Supreme Court. He is a co-author of several commented editions of various acts. Furthermore, he has conducted numerous training sessions for notaries, assistant judges, attorneys, prosecutors, and judges, and has served as a lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences, the University of Tartu, and Tallinn University.
